Stewarding a place where this way of being can continue to deepen.

Hello, I’m me.

What the camera thought I looked like one day

What I kind of wish I looked like sometimes

If I look a little intense - well, I am. Intense, not afraid of the deep dark inner places, also strong, kind, loving and often goofy. But here’s what really matters: I know how to make space for you. I do my best to be with you, as you are, from Self in Presence - meaning, with respect, love, and attunement to the present moment. I foster an environment where we can be together in this way.

My path in life has been tumultuous, winding, and unconventional. I follow my heart and I follow my felt sense. I have intellectual chops (two degrees from MIT that have nothing to do with my vocation) and I’m in the process of becoming an advanced intermediate musician.

I have many interests, but my passionate calling is to support others in cultivating a way of being that places felt experience above conceptual constructs (without throwing concepts under the bus). A way of being that honors life and its inherent wisdom, that doesn’t require us to cut off or ignore parts of ourselves, and that allows us to (increasingly) accompany one another from attuned presence and a holistic sense of well being.
